Welcome to the Orange Blosom Bartending LLC website. By accessing or using our website, inquiring about our services, or interacting with our brand, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Dry-Hire Service & Alcohol Policy

In strict compliance with North Carolina ABC laws, Orange Blosom Bartending LLC operates solely as a dry-hire mobile hospitality service.

  • Client Responsibility: Orange Blossom Bartending LLC does not sell, purchase, or provide alcohol under any circumstances. The client bears 100% responsibility for procuring, purchasing, and delivering all alcohol to the event venue.

  • Permits & Licensing: The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary event permits, venue permissions, or single-day ABC permits required for alcohol consumption at the event location.

2. Booking, Payments, & Cancellations

  • Securing a Date: A date is only officially reserved once a signed, legally binding contract is executed and a non-refundable retainer fee is paid.

  • Cancellations & Weather: Our mobile setups operate outdoors and indoors. In the event of inclement weather, the client must provide adequate overhead coverage. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refund structures are strictly governed by the terms outlined in your specific client contract.

3. Safe Service & Age Verification

  • Legal Age Limits: Our bartenders will not serve alcohol to anyone under the legal drinking age of 21. Valid legal identification must be provided upon request by any guest.

  • Right to Refuse Service: To ensure a safe celebration, our staff reserves the ultimate right to cease or refuse service to any guest who appears visibly intoxicated or behaves in an unsafe manner. No refunds or partial adjustments will be given if service is refused for safety reasons.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including custom menu names, beverage descriptions, package structures, imagery, logos, and written text—is the intellectual property of Orange Blossom Bartending LLC. Unapproved replication or commercial use of our proprietary materials is strictly prohibited.
